We’re not sure when the playhouse was built for Marie Mosty Craft; we believe sometime in the 1930s The story goes that JO “Pop” McKnight built it
(or had it built) for her as a birthday present
The playhouse was originally situated on the south side of the driveway just east of the homestead When the property was sold in 1985 our father, Bill Craft, moved it to Bill & Marie’s property just east of where the Harvey Mosty homestead was originally located Bruce Craft poured the concrete slab where the playhouse would be placed
