Scarecrows invade Comfort!
SCARECROW INVASION!!
Each Year Comfort experiences an
invasion of scarecrows, just in time to deter any marauding blackbirds that might be coming into town. It would just not do to have those birds pester all our visitors!
The town and surrounding countryside will be lled with scarecrows and fall decorations. Scarecrows start appearing around the rst of October, but prime viewing takes place near the middle of the month.
The various displays are part of our annual contest to choose the BEST in many categories.
The Fall Season in the Texas Hill Country is more than just a lot of fun.
It is delightful and memorable – something you will want to repeat year after year!
