provided it was on motion of the plaintiff in said action, ordered and adjudged by the Court that said proceedings be and the same were in all respects con rmed, and the Clerk of said Court was directed to make an entry in the journal, that the Court was satis ed with the legality of such sale: and an order was made by the Court directing the said Sheriff to execute to said The Alliance Trust Company the purchases of said premises at said sale, a good and suf cient deed for said lands and tenements so sold as aforesaid.
Now. Therefore. I T.J. Allen of the County of Bourbon in the State of Kansas, in consideration of the premises, and by virtue of the authority in me vested by law, do hereby give, grant, sell and convey unto the said The Alliance Trust Company, heirs and assigns, forever, the said lands and tenements so sold as aforesaid, and described as follows, to wit:
The East half (E1/2) of Section Fourteen (14) in Township Twenty Seven (27) South and Range Twenty Two (22) East of the Sixth Principal Meridian, lying and situate in the County of Bourbon, in the State of Kansas, together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining: To Have and to Hold the same to the said The Alliance Trust Company successors and assigns forever.
In Witness Whereof I T.J. Allen, as Sheriff of the County aforesaid, have hereunto set my hand, this 9th day of September A.D. 1892.

Be it Remembered. That this 9th day of September A.D. 1892, before me, the undersigned Register of Deeds within and for the County and State aforesaid, same T.J. Allen Sheriff of Bourbon County, in the State of Kansas, who is personally known to me to be the same person who executed the within and forgoing instrument of writing, as grantor, and duly acknowledged to me that the same was his voluntary act and deed, and that he duly executed the same for the purpose therein expressed.
